We stayed at Cassie's place for the eclipse (and we saw it and it was beautiful). The place was spacious and comfy, and thoughtfully furnished. Our kids stayed in the bunkbed room and enjoyed the kids' toys even though they were probably a bit older than the intended audience. We also played dodgeball in the backyard. We didn't cook a lot, but the kitchen was pretty well stocked from what we used. Internet was nice and speedy. This place is definitely in the suburbs, which felt like home for us. Given that, we really enjoyed the location. We were only 5 minutes' drive from things: grocery store, library, several restaurants, the CapMetro park and ride, park, etc. There are the number of beds advertised, but I would say that the couch in the living room is not super comfortable when I tried to lay down on it. However, the real beds were just fine.

This host thought of EVERYTHING! Kids room had little things for the kids to play with. Spacious yard that was very private! Dishes stocked, a little bit of all the things we’d need as a family of 5! We felt like we were at home! Thank you!!!

Cassie was great! The location was perfect and convenient to where we needed to be. We will definitely be staying there again!

I selected Cassie’s home because of it’s close proximity to my son’s home. We only used it for sleeping/showering. The beds were very comfortable and linens clean and crisp. Very clean home. I wouldn’t say it is in a beautiful location itself, but it is so convenient to local attractions, restaurants and activities. Will definitely use again when we have a big family gathering.
