Welcome to our home, this isn't a B&B run as a business, we are abroad for a year working and want to share our lovely home with those visiting Ireland. In the heart of Derry City close to the historic City Walls and Bog Side, beside beautiful parks and cosy pubs. This home has been lovingly restored and benefits from beautiful views of the city. Three bedrooms each sleeping two and a dedicated office space for those who are working remotely. The property is located across three floors. This property isn't suitable for people with mobility issues as there are a number of steps leading to the front entrance and the garden. On the first floor, you will find the kitchen and the open plan living room and dining area with a large open fire and a relaxing reading nook by the window. On the first floor is our modern newly installed bathroom along with the office space, and bedroom number one. This bedroom (king-size bed) is flooded with beautiful natural light throughout the day and contains a large number of books that guests are free to read while staying. The top floor contains bedrooms two (double bed) and three (king-size bed). This floor has some stunning panoramic views of Derry City, the city walls are particularly striking when lit up at night. Additionally to the rear of the property, there is a utility/storage room where washing and drying facilities can be found.

The house was a great spot to stay. it had everything needed for a comfortable trip. everything was fairly new and in good condition and order. i had a very nice stay and i would do it again.

We had a wonderful stay here whilst working at the Millennium Forum. Felt at home immediately and it had everything you would want whilst staying there. Beds are extremely comfortable with spacious rooms and lots of storage. It’s warm and welcoming, can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic stay at number 23! House is beautiful, we felt right at home. Communication with hosts Ruaidhri and Charina was great. House was exactly as described, if not better! Located about a 15 minute walk into the center. We had a brilliant time cerebrating my birthday with my family. Couldn't have asked for better :)

Absolutely beautiful house. Cleanest air bnb I have stayed at (and I’ve stayed at many). The hosts were unbelievable. So lovely, quick to reply and so many lovely personal touches that made it feel like home from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Also can’t believe the value for money. You get so much for the price.

We had a fantastic stay in Ruaidhri's house. Everything was perfect! Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Communication with the hosts was friendly and helpful, and responses were quick. I knew I could ask at any stage if we needed anything. The house itself is beautiful. Lovely spacious bedrooms and a nice office space. Relaxing open-plan sitting rooms downstairs, and a well equipped kitchen. The views from the upstairs rooms are gorgeous. Lovely selection of the hosts' books to enjoy. Easy parking on the street outside. A short walk into the heart of the city. You feel a part of the neighbourhood, yet close to the centre. The city itself is fantastic. The people everywhere were very friendly and open. Amazing restaurants, lively bars, lovely cafés and lots of history to take in. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and a big part of the enjoyment of our trip was the beautiful house we stayed in and the welcoming hosts. We'll be back and highly recommend a stay here!
