For your comfort the Villas are constructed with the highest level of temperature isolation, all the rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-condition sets. An easy to use washing machine and an iron pressing set are established in each Villa. A computer set is available in each living room, equipped with a 24” screen, earphones and microphone device, webcam with a laser printer for your printouts. Outdoors Each Villa’s swimming pool is 10 meters long with a depth 150 cm. The pool water is salty preserved with no chemical chlorine and it is cleaned regularly in time of your convenience. Enjoy the sun and the views on the floating sun beds. The spacious verandas around the pools provide a relaxing area under the sun or in shade. Enjoy the clean air and quietness of the South Cretan environment laying in the sun beds or the sofas. Feel safer with the CCTV outdoor security cameras that control each Villa’s entrances. In 800 meters distance on the Koutelos Beach there is a traditional taverna where you may enjoy homemade local dishes. Housekeeping is provided twice a week with all linen change. Greek cooking lessons are provided once a week where you can learn to prepare tzatziki, Greek salad and several more dishes. In an 7 km distance west you can visit Chora Sfakion, the main village of the area with lots of fish tavernas and cafeterias. The port of the village provides ferry lines to Gavdos Island, beach villages and the south exit of the world famous Samaria Gorge on the Agia Roumeli Village.
