Tenuta San Trifone is a very special place! It's a family business and you can feel that from the start - Emanuele and his family (wife, parents) are running the accommodation and even have a small farm: an orchard of 150 olive trees, grape vine, a small garden where they plant vegetables. They use what they grow to prepare a wonderful breakfast for their guests! Our breakfast was the emphasis of the stay at Tenuta San Trifone: everything prepared with care, the cheese was absolutely delicious , the fruit gems, the Pasticciotto. The property is peaceful, serene, there is a large swimming pool (which we didn't get to use because it was too cold to take a bath), we enjoyed our stay on the chairs surrounded by all the greenery. The rooms are basic, traditional, but decent and clean. Emanuele is a wonderful host, very open, the communication was great, he even made a tour for us to show us their property. We were truly happy to be able to contribute to a small family business!

The best airbnb I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. Simonetta, Emanuele and their family are the loveliest hosts. The breakfast is some of the most delicious food you'll have in Puglia. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the garden/pool will make you want to spend your entire holiday right there.
