QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00pm CST to 7:00am CST. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the home. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in this home during your reservation period. Smoking is permitted outside of the home on the outside of the Community Gate. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4:00pm CST and check-out time is prior to or at 11:00am CST.
