Tucked away from all the noise of the square yet only a few minutes walk through a private walkway will have you amongst all the bars, restaurants and cafes as well as the newly renovated green areas of Henley Beach. The property is one of two homes that are adjoined side by side. The property is not shared and you will have the listing all to yourselves. It is a single story small ground floor home with an undercover outdoor area and a small yard with faux grass which is perfect for enjoying some outdoor time. Family friendly with games, toys, beach and picnic equipment provided. Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds, quality bedding and beautiful linens. Full sized built in wardrobes for plenty of storage. Bedroom one also has a king single bed. The property comfortably accommodates 5 people but we may be able to host extra guests by request. We have a new luxury Koala Cushy sofa bed being delivered in February so after that date we can comfortably sleep 7. Airconditioning and heating as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The property is well insulated and stays cosy in winter and cool in the summer months. Large smart tv, Netflix and unlimited wifi. Parking can be difficult at Henley Beach, particularly during the summer months so you will enjoy having access to your own private off street car park at the property. Pets are welcome by arrangement and do attract a pet fee. Henley Beach is very pet friendly, there are many restaurants, cafes and bars where you can take your dogs with you. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property and are subject to some pet rules for their stay. Walking distance to local Foodland, liquor shops, chemist and medical centre, butchers and more. Very close to public transport and Adelaide Airport. Henley Beach is a great base for the western area sporting grounds, only 25 mins to Adelaide City Centre or a great base to explore greater Adelaide and it’s regions. This property is suitable for those with mobility issues. Only a small step to navigate the verandah or from the car park. Shower is not over the bath.
