We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at Adrian's place, and it was definitely worth it as our mom had a nice rest and me and my sister had easy access to MOA Arena as we had attended a 2-night concert. The check-in and check-out were easy as Adrian gave clear instructions on what to do and was very responsive to our queries, which I appreciated. The place was nice and clean when we got there, and I could definitely say that the listing is detailed and accurate because what we've seen in the listing is what we've really got. Our stay was comfortable; we felt relaxed and safe, even though we were in the middle of a bustling city. No noises could be heard inside. To be honest, at first, we were hesitant to book this place as it only has 1 review, but it was a nice review, so my instinct kind of told me to book this place, and it was surely worth it. I definitely recommend Adrian's place, and if ever there's a chance again in the future, we will surely book this place again. Thank you!!

Had a meeting near MOA and this room was perfect for me and my friend! The bunk beds were such a blessing! Moa was a short walk away and the place was very clean (looked exactly like the photos!) Very convenient if you need a place to stay at in the area. Everything was clean and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Adrian was always ready to answer our questions and even gave us tips on where we can go after the meeting. Overall we had a fun experience and would highly recommend this place. Ill be looking for Adrian's place again in the future in case I'd need to place to stay for work or just before a fight since it's so near the airport.
