This is the best vacation rental I've stayed in! The house is open, airy, and comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The internet was fast and reliable so I had no problem working remotely. The television had all the services and channels you could want to log into with your account, as well as free channels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make, eat, and store meals (Vons grocery store close by). I felt safe walking my dogs in the neighborhood every morning at 6 am. Banner Coffee is a quick walk. It was so nice not to deal with old second-hand utensils, plates, etc. My dogs enjoyed running free and I appreciated the secure fencing. There's a dog park within walking distance and a park for the kids. The yard was private and peaceful with a huge cypress tree along the back that attracts the local birds. I can't forget the bed in the master bedroom! It was comfy and had fresh linens with extra sets as well.

The home was super pretty and quiet. It was close to a lot of places and was easy to locate. I’ve already recommended this home to anyone staying in Arroyo Grande. It was nice that they have beach chairs and boogie boards. Elizabeth was very kind and answered very quickly. Check in and out was very easy. Would love to stay there again.

The house was beautiful, spotless, and very spacious. It's a newer construction home, so everything was modern and in good working condition. It was perfect for our long weekend stay with our two small kids and provided everything we needed. Would have been perfect for a longer term stay too if needed. There were a ton of great places to eat nearby and easy freeway access for San Luis Obipso and Pismo Beach. I have pretty high standards and am always nervous when booking a place for the first time, but this place seriously exceeded my expectations in all ways.

Elizabeth was an incredible host and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. She went above and beyond as a host and I highly recommend her. I would definitely reach out again to stay at her other wonderful properties.

Great little house for our 3 small children and us. Walk to park almost every day. I was a bit surprised about renter sharing wall but maybe I just didn’t read listing thoroughly. Renter is very nice though. Host is super responsive. Very helpful as we are locals doing a renovation and had to keep changing our dates. Recommend!
