It also includes 3 sofa beds for added guests (apartment sleeps 10 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave.
