I recently stayed at this Airbnb gem with my family and the experience surpassed my expectations. The home is truly a work of art, seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bright hardwoods and thoughtful furnishing choices create a unique ambiance that's both modern and cozy. The large windows flood the space with natural light, adding to the refreshing feel of the home. It's not just a place to stay; it's a haven of comfort and style. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, making it easy to award a well-deserved 5 stars.

Stayed for a total of 9 nights. Pros: 1. Great location, on a quiet street 2. Easy parking 3. A lot of appliances 4. In unit laundry located in the “bedroom” in the basement) 5. High chair & pack n play available (didn’t end up using the pack n play as its was too small & hard for our baby) 6. Super easy checkin & checkout Things to improve on: 1. Heater - as note in other reviews. Despite changing to the desired temp, it’s always 66/67 F (told the host, not fixed) 2. Another person renting the unit below (separate entrance, it’d be nice if this was disclosed upfront) 3. Place is clean but cleaning team can do better in certain areas. A) built in coffee machine is not clean and have mold inside the coffee disposable bins (cleaning team should know how to operate and clean after each stay) B) insufficient toilet paper, there’s only one extra roll for 6 adults during our 9 nights. 4. Clogged shower drain after 1st night. Host offers to fix but we couldn’t agree on a time)

Beautiful property. Exactly like the photos. Very well decorated, comfy beds and linens. Even tho we didn’t cook the kitchen had everything you needed. Park across the lane way, surrounded by beautiful homes. Coffee shop was a 5 minute walk, grocery store about a 10-12 minute walk. Would recommend to a family.

The space for four adults, a two year old and 4 year old worked great for us. We needed to travel back and forth to the Bc Children’s hospital and have a place for family to rest and recharge. Jordan’s home worked very well- it was well equipped, easy to access off major roads, close to beautiful pathways (Arbutus trail), right by a big schoolyard/fields and close to shopping within walking distance for groceries. Any issues we had were quickly addressed and hosts were very accommodating. Many thanks for making our stay easy and comfortable.

A brand new house & a great neighbourhood. Inside, the house was clean and well kept with all the amenities which made it comfortable. However, there were a couple of issues - wifi stopped working and although the host put in new routers, the connections remained weak. The external of the house was not well kept and garbage were overflowing from previous tenants and never got picked up. The host was helpful & tried to respond but never completely solved the issues.
