The Apartment itself was great and in a great location in the CBD. Check in instructions are a little confusing but overall, it was as it was advertised. Unfortunately, we had pre-arranged a late check out with Edward a week prior to our arrival, however, when the morning came, Edward didn't not honour it and sent the cleaner in at normal time and asked us to leave. Very disappointing and soured the experience of the stay.

Great apartment! Super clean and had everything we needed - and the apartment was a lot bigger than expected! Perfect for a group to hang out for a weekend getaway - heaps of bars, restaurants and Chinatown is right around the corner. The entrance was a little confusing to get to, however other than that, couldn't fault anything else. Would defintiely stay here again!

Edward was a great host and always responsive to any questions we had during our stay. He was also proactive in offering a later check-out time if we needed it. The apartment is pretty much as shown in the photos, spacious and very comfortable (apart from the sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom, ugghh) for the six of us staying... the position is fabulous, with shopping, bars, restaurants and theatres on your doorstep. The pool (2nd floor) was great and we used this area a few times during our stay. Key collection would not be easy with luggage, pick-up is on the opposite side of the CBD (though it is a free tram trip away). Unfortunately the lifts in the building were undergoing maintenance and access to the street level was impacted during our stay. This issue was not within Edward's control but something to keep in mind. It seemed like it had been 'out of order' due to maintenance issues for many weeks. All in all a great stay and we would recommend to others. Thank you Edward.
