Apartment located on the second floor of a building, equipped with a lift. It comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a double bedroom, in 70 square meters of space. Free street parking on white lines. Near the Gallery (Ex. Barilla Center) it is a 10-minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi and the main monuments of the city. It is easily reachable from the Central Station by bus (without changes), from the ring road and from the motorway. LIVING AREA: split A/C and kitchenette complete with 4 induction burners, traditional oven and various utensils. BEDROOM: split A/C, 32" TV, double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: iron and ironing board and clothesline, washing machine. Central heating with valves.

Below mediocre apartment, looks nicer in the pics. Found trash from previous guests, mold, humid towels, dusty, extremely stingy with everything. Only one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper. Cooking basics like sugar, oil, tea etc completely absent. Found soap containers filled with water to make them seem full. Wi-Fi not available, specified in the listing, but still weird considering the price and what you actually get. No microwave and water kettle. In general not worth it. Plus a nosy unknown assistant tries to only to communicate via private phone even though you explicitly ask to keep the conversation on Airbnb’s chat.

L' alloggio si trova in una zona facilmente raggiungibile e ben collegata sia a piedi sia in auto con il centro e le zone periferiche, vicino ci sono negozi, ristoranti e bar, c è un grande parco e parcheggio non a pagamento. Disposta al 2 piano con ascensore La casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente ed è dotata di stoviglie e saponi per la cucina e saponi nei bagni e per la lavatrice. L'appartamento ha riscaldamento ed aria condizionata ed è silenzioso.

Appartamento moderno e nuovo! Dotato di ogni confort per una piacevole soggiorno sia di breve che di lungo periodo a Parma. Consigliatissimo!

Apartment located in the San Lazzaro district of Parma on one of the main streets of the city, it is close to "La Galleria" where you can go shopping and eat, the Multiplex Cinema, the U2 supermarket and it is a short walk from the ancient park which houses the Auditorium Paganini (by Renzo Piano) and where you can practice sports. Not far away are all the nightlife venues.
