A beautiful spacious townhouse located in the heart of Swanage just a short walk from the town centre and beach. Thoughtfully designed to act as the perfect getaway for groups of friends and family to have fun, dine and relax together. The house benefits from TWO substantial living rooms, a large kitchen/dining space that seats 16 and ample seating outside to enjoy some al fresco dining together whilst the six large bedrooms and five modern bathrooms will provide you the privacy you need. Floorplans of the house has been added as the last pictures of this listing to show the layout of the house. The house has a flexible layout over four floors with: - TWO substantial living rooms, each with SMART televisions and ample seating. Note: the fire places are not operational. There is a small area off the second Lounge that has toys and games for younger guests to enjoy. A pull out double sofa bed is located in Lounge 1. - An open plan kitchen/diner with a large range oven, microwave, coffee maker and American style fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with the cutlery, crockery and other kitchen tools and utensils you could need. The dining area seats 16 and also has a high chair. - You can access the garden via the double doors in the kitchen. The garden is fully decked and has a large covered seating area (pictures 6 and 7 on listing). NOTE: the garden area does not have any grass - A utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and other helpful items that will be useful during your stay. - Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a double bed and a large ensuite with a jacuzzi bath. - Bedroom 2 on the first floor has a double bed and is adjoined with a room containing a desk. - Bedroom 3 on the first floor has two single beds. - Bedroom 4 on the first floor has a double bed and ensuite with shower. - Bedroom 5 on the second floor has a double bed and ensuite with shower - Bedroom 6 on the second floor has a double bed and ensuite with shower There is also a shared bathroom on the first floor with a Jacuzzi bath. Guest with mobility issues and children are advised to sleep in the bedrooms on the lower floors.

We had a fantastic stay in Swanage. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is a perfect space for a big group of people. We appreciate the small details such as a bottle of Prosecco left in the fridge. Lyndsey was a brilliant host, very responsive to any queries we had and was really accommodating with allowing us to check out a little later today. We will definitely be coming back !!

Family weekend away for 8 adults & 6 kids, ages 5 to 70. Rooms were lovely and the kitchen/dining room superb for family meals, even managed an April BBQ 😄. Having one ground floor bedroom was so helpful for the eldest in our group. Parking was a bit tricky, but once you get a space the car can stay there as it’s easy walking distance from everything. Lyndsey was ever so helpful and responded quickly, I’d highly recommend.

Beautiful house that is super close to town and the beach. The house had everything we needed and was brilliant for kids (although stair gates would be amazing!) Lyndsey was very understanding about the fact we forgot to say we needed a travel cot and popped round to open the cupboard for us (we really appreciated it). The street was quiet and peaceful and had ample parking outside. The 2 lounges were great and the play area had so many lovely bits in for the children to play in. The kitchen was definitely the highlight, it was so spacious and the dining table was brilliant. All the beds were comfy and bathrooms were great. A mirror would be really useful in the twin room as there's no bathroom so it would make getting ready easier. We will definitely be coming back to this house, it's been one of the best ones we've had in swanage. Thankyou Lyndsey.

The house is set on a quiet residential road in the heart of Swanage just a short level walk from the town centre and beach. This house would be unsuitable for noisy groups or events due to the nature of the area. Guests are expected to be considerate to neighbours at all times.

出行信息

There is free unrestricted parking available on surrounding roads, however guests are advised that parking in Swanage can be more difficult during hot sunny days, especially in Summer.
You can easily walk from the house to the town centre (7 minutes) and beach (10 minutes) where you can access a wide range of shops, restaurants and attractions. A large Co-op is also just around the corner so that you can stock up on all the essentials.
It also couldn't be easier for those wanting to explore further afield! The Purbeek Breezer open top bus goes from the end of the road and will transport you through the quaint villages and stunning scenery of the Isle of Purbeck, stopping at Wareham and Corfe Castle before arriving in the hustle and bustle of Poole. Swanage bus and Steam Railway Station are also just a 6 minute walk away and from here you can enjoy a leisurely trip on a heritage train or catch a bus to Sandbanks and Bournemouth.
