City beach, running/biking trails & golfing within 5-10 minute drive. The house is located on a 1.5 Acre lot most of which is a natural landscape. It is quiet and peaceful. There is one master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and private closets and there is one common bathroom. All the rooms have black out shades. A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer for use as well as drying racks mounted above. The great room has a pull out sofa for an additional sleeping option.
