Listing photos were representative of the house. Tim was very responsive and the house was pet friendly. Beds were comfortable and d there were two kings & one queen. Dothan is less than 20 minutes but there are a few good restaurants downtown Ashford.

My family really felt comfortable in this home. The area was peaceful, the home was cozy and spacious. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Fit our needs. Kitchen was nice for prepping meals. Beds very comfortable and linens/towels were good. Close to Dothan and White Oak Pastures / Working Cows Dairy. Highway 5 minutes away. Several nice places for Food downtown.(BBQ, coffee, breakfast) Tim responds quickly!!!

I rented Tim's place with two buddies from work. We were in town on a job project. Tim's place was great. Charming home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable, the TV's were great and everything else was very nice. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Home was as described and close enough to local shops, but far enough away to avoid traffic and noise. It was clean and had lots of space! Overall great for what we needed.
