This charming basement studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the country. Convenient to local attractions including the GSMNP & the Tail of the Dragon. We provide Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer & a fire pit area. We are not pet friendly. Due to shared ventilation and allergies, no animals/pets of any kind are allowed. We have a train track at the back of our property, and are very near the RR Crossing. It is loud & can pass by anytime day & night. A peaceful country setting and a nicely decorated studio apartment with all the comforts of home are yours here at Choo-Choo Acres! Currently there is only one king-sized bed. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom, full kitchen, nice living space with a HD Smart TV. We are situated on 5 beautiful acres in the country. There is a fire pit for your enjoyment. You are welcome to use some wood from the woodpile. There are plenty of twigs and small branches that can be picked off the ground as well. We have woods on the chicken coop side where you will find plenty! The apartment is a part of our basement area, right below our living space. You may hear some footsteps and other sounds, but we are pretty quiet people and usually turn in early. My husband has a very early work schedule. We want you to enjoy your stay, but no parties or extra people allowed. No animals, and no smoking or vaping in the apartment or patio area. Thank you so much!
