Downstairs is a kitchenette, and upstairs the full kitchen features a reverse osmosis water system, marble countertops, high-end appliances, and ample cookware and utensils for preparing large meals. An adjacent kitchen bar includes a wine cooler next to a large pantry. All the bedrooms have TVs, and the primary has access to a balcony overlooking the golf course. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with two showerheads and a soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms has private deck seating and an en suite bathroom, and two others share one with a double vanity. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Major construction is occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Access to this three-story home is via several steps at the main entry; an elevator is available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
