The place is exactly like the pictures, actually even better. Every description is accurate. My kids (4.5 and 11) had a great time playing at the pool & backyard area. There are board games, pool games to keep them entertained all day long. My mother (72) enjoyed her stay, the place is clean, well stocked and nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, you can easily cook a gourmet meal. Close proximity to Atlantic Ave, and the beach, which my party goer brother appreciated This host has truly thought of anything and everything needed to make a trip fun and enjoyable for the whole family. My husband and kids went for bike rides, and ice cream runs. Sunny provides you with bikes, and proper helmets, and beach access cards, which we used multiple times. Tikki bar and the hot tub are just perfect additions. Definitely check the garage, so many little games, and fun things. The area is quiet and peaceful. Oh, and I had to work. The internet is fast and reliable for endless zooms.

I live in Delray and actually used to live in that house. I never used a airbnb, so decided to take a mini vacation. The house is beachy and cohesive. The backyard is beautiful and has something for everyone. Sunny is on top of things and very responsive. It exceeded all my expectations

Highly recommend this house! Backyard is so cute and perfect for hanging out. The house was super clean and spacious. Sunny is a very responsive host! Nice benefit to have access to a beach membership for chairs/umbrella. I would definitely stay here again!
