The larger and historic city of Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need, including a larger supermarket.
Vale da Telha is located between the famous surf beach Arrifana and the perhaps prettier and family-friendly beach of Monte Clerigo. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale de Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.

From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale de Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is highly recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
