Customer service was terrible. Refused to use AirBnB to communicate with us. Instead, they insisted on getting our direct email address to send us our check-in information, in direct violation of AirBnB policy. Then they claimed we checked out late and tried to get extra money from us, even though we had the flight receipts to prove we left on time. Terrible management company.

I wish the communication had been better, but now that I know the drill, I'd stay there again. The apartment itself was great. The directions inside the apartment were great. But I did not receive the check-in instructions and could not reach them for help. Even the phone number just rang and rang — no one answered (in the middle of the day). I had to reach out to Airbnb support to get a response from the host, and the phone contact left a lot to be desired. However, they did then email me the instructions, and the stay was fine. I even reached out to see if I could extend the stay one more night, but their "24/7" service does not include the business office.

I really enjoyed my stay.Rugs were freshly washed so it was a little damp.Other then that the place was very accommodating and nice! Plus communication was A1.
