The place was beautiful and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The food was very good- fresh home made food. The place is situated in the midst of greenery and is peaceful. This place has no phone or internet connectivity, it was raining and their guest wifi was not working so we were quite cut off from the rest of the world Which was a bit of a hassle. While it's safe, the house is generally not locked so it's best not to carry any valuables.

We enjoyed the stay and the place is surrounded by greenery and there is a small water fall right next to the house. The hospitality was the best in this stay, especially Leelavathy Ma'am was very proactive where she was able to prepare the lunch immediately without pre-order understanding our situation as it was heavily raining and there was no option for us to go out for lunch. We had Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast and it was just, wow!!! We would rate the stay high especially for their home cooked food. Never miss to try the food especially Neer Dose, Ghee Rice, Pandhi Curry etc.

I would love give Kudos to the owners. Mr Ramnath makes you feel very comfortable and treats you like a family. Their hospitality is top notch. Both Mr and Mrs Ramanath was always checking with us if we need anything and they were just a call away. Super responsive and friendly. The house is big and clean. They serve you homemade food as per your request. Only let down was the location. We planned our itinerary believing the map linked to the Homestay. The map was showing it is in Madikeri town but it's actually 60kms away from the town and we had to leave one day early.
