Our stay was great, home is in good condition and up to date. Were not certain if this is common practice, but the homeowner got involved with the situation getting through the gate at the resort. The homeowner was extremely helpful and friendly. We had issues getting through the gate the first 4 days of our stay(we weren't on the list of approved guests according to security at the gate but managing company and owner provided proof otherwise.) So not sure what the issue is and we do appreciate the security, however it was a hassle and extremely inconvenient getting through the gate. It finally sorted itself out and no issues geting through the gate the last 2 days of vacation. Other than that, no complaints.

.y girls had fun! they would have had even more fun if the carpet in the game room wasn't still drying from a cleaning and if the horrible odor of wet carpet wasn't so strong that it could be smelled upstairs . The Wii had dead batteries (going to a store at night wasn't an option). The code to get through the gate didn't work at all. the cabin is not secluded or private but instead on a corner with roads and neighbors visible and within earshot. the cleaning crew missed the windows and the dusting. the linen and towels looked very clean. and the bathrooms were very clean as well
