The place was ok, beds were hard and not comfortable and propane tanks for the bbq n firepit were empty until later the last day we were there. Also there bbq pit was broken.

Sixto was a great host very responsive within minutes and home was great super clean and comfortable would definitely book again when in the area!

We stayed at 2 of Sixto's properties - House Clara and Charming House - for about a week and it was a great experience. House Clara was the perfect size for the younger crowd, and just a half mile from Charming. There's a bodega just a few houses down, and the location was super convenient to just about everything else we could want. The beds were comfortable, although it would have been nice to have blackout curtains on the windows. The little sleeping cubby was great but didn't have any window covering. The stairs are steep, but no big deal for the young folks. The outside space was truly wonderful. Gathering area on the 1st floor was nice, and kitchen was fine (although it didn't really get used much since we all ate together at Charming.) Thanks to Sixto for being so responsive and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!
