It's truly hard to find the words for how wonderful this villa is. The views are spectacular, the location is perfect, the house is beautiful and is very well appointed. But beyond all of that, there is such a peacefulness about the place that - rain or shine, you can hardly tear yourself away from it. Gaios, a short drive away, has restaurants, bakeries, markets, boat rentals, lots of sunscreen and possibly the world's best peanut butter ice cream, but the villa itself is truly all you need for a magical vacation. We can't WAIT to go back!

We would heartily recommend Villa Conoi as a brilliant place to have your holiday and Alexandros as a host! Paxos is a beautiful island - fantastic clear seas, flowers, butterflies and views, with wonderful friendly people and great bars and restaurants. Villa Conoi is a great base from which to experience all of this - however, it's such a great place to stay it's really hard to tear yourself away to explore. The villa is extremely well appointed and equipped with everything you think you might need and much more. It is spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace is fantastic - must have taken about 200 photos of it during our week's stay! And it's even nicer enjoying it while cooling off in the pool. It's definitely worth getting up to see the sun rise too! Alex is a brilliant host - great communication before and during our holiday, and really helpful with any information we might have needed, and helping us with booking transportation, etc. We'll definitely return - for two weeks next time!

The villa is amazing and had everything we needed for my partner and i aswell as our 2 year old girl. The views are absolutely beautiful and our favourite sandy beach on the island was directly opposite the villa which is only a five minute walk away. The villa also had two bikes with an attachment for our little girl, we cycled to Gaios almost every day which was only a 10 minute cycle away. What made our holiday so special was Alexandros. Nothing was too much trouble day or night Alexandros was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also had plenty of knowledge of the island and recommended a company called Fasoulias Lines where we got boat rentals and water taxis for our stay. Couldnt recommend hiring a boat for the day enough, we were even luckily enough to see dolphins. All in all, a very special first family holiday with plenty of wonderful memories. Thank you so much.
