We really enjoyed this place. It has really nice pickleball courts and pool area. The studio itself needs some updates and repairs. It was clean, but the furniture needed replacing (the bed was very nice, though) and the tile floor was falling apart because of some previous water damage, I'm guessing. We were still happy with it, because it was affordable and the amenities at the resort were very nice.

This is a condo located within a large RV park. It is just south of I-10. Train tracks run along parallel to I-10 and the freight trains are easily heard, especially at night. The outdoor maintainence workers were very nice. When we checked in there were coffee stains, etc on supposedly just cleaned dishes. There was no kitchen towel, kitchen wash cloth or extra blanket provided. Entry is via a door to a foyer which has 3 condo doors branching off. Dangerously, at least to me, someone would lock the foyer entry door each night. In an emergency you had to use a key to unlock the foyer door to get out. The lock should be changed to a lever twist from the inside aspect to allow easy egress.
