Great place to stay, It was a bit cold in the property and no instructions or idea how to adjust the heating, also no tea towels for drying up, apart from that no fault in the property

Was expecting a single apartment but was almost a resort feel with beautiful walkable gardens and use of facilities including pool, children's play area and hot tub. WIlst location is a bit off the beaten track that gave us wonderful privacy and was centrally located enough to enjoy Cornwall to the fullest.

Chosen purely for ability to bring dog and indoor pool in case of rain. Expensive for 3 days (lose a day due to the check-in time being so late, so better as a week stay) , the 4pm inflexible check-in was a disaster for us as driving long distance bad weather, young car-sick kids and desperate for refuge, thus would have been so grateful for the information in the house folder beforehand such as where the open dog friendly food places and a contact number for James. The house was a little cold for some of us (heating disabled ) and some of the devices eg. the sonos by the TV were not set up. Kitchen needed few more gadgets pizza cutter , oil and pepper missing. The gardens were lovely however we were not sure which bit was off limits and our dog fell into the pond but luckily a good swimmer. Pool bit cold, nice to ourselves although very happy to share with locals too. Bedding a bit cheap- hollowfibre so sweat at night. Impersonal vibe, left to yourselves. Almost no souls in sight.

An amazing place to stay, private with everything basic for kitchen area. Very clean, quiet area, an amazing for all type of guests, lots of things to do in and out of house. Definitely will come back!☺️
