L'appartement est bien situé, spacieux, confortable, et propre. Néanmoins, sur les 5 jours que j'avais réservé, je n'ai eu que 2h ou internet fonctionnait . Il y a eu également une panne d'électricité durant 1,5 jours. Lors de cette coupure d'électricité, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à rentrer en contact avec le propriétaire pour résoudre le problème. Peut-être que j'ai manqué de chance lors de mon séjour, mais ces incidents m'ont empêchés de profiter pleinement de ce Airbnb. Dommage....

Mr. Benjamin’s home is a true definition of home away from home. I felt comfortable from that time I checked in and at the time of my check out. The place is well secured with security 24/7 I felt soo at peace every time I got to the apartment. the location is perfect because it sits in the middle of the city so commuting back and forth was stress free. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that’s thinking about coming to Kumasi. LOOK NO FURTHER. YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT HOME

I felt quite at home in this apartment during my work stay. Benjamin was always responsive and helped out and I felt very well protected in the housing area. Also he sent a cleaning lady for me after a week as I stayed two weeks. The only thing that I should mention out of fairness to other guests, which however is out of control of Benjamin is that there is a closeby mosque with the daily call for prayer at around 4:30 am. Earplugs recommended 🙂
