Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but there are a few areas that could be improved upon. The room itself was good, although not fantastic. The space was smaller than expected, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the window. One area of concern was the lack of an additional lock for security purposes. This would provide peace of mind for guests, especially when staying in unfamiliar surroundings. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of coordination with the front desk for check-in procedures. This caused some confusion and delayed our arrival process. Furthermore, the design of the stairs was problematic. The steps were very thin and the height of each was tall, making it potentially hazardous for young children and anyone who might be a bit groggy in the morning. Lastly, we suggest providing a shuttle schedule for walk-in guests. This would be helpful for those who rely on public transportation or are unfamiliar with the ar

Quiet and beautiful place though it's my first time at twin lakes, I definitely learned that you will need to bring your car despite the tagaytay traffic unless you want to exercise every time you will head out to buy anything or to visit the restaurants nearby. A bit disappointed on the jacuzzi, I expected it was part of the place as shown on the pictures but turns out you need to visit the admin at the lobby. Overall, great place and awesome movie theater. All of the staff are friendly and will always greet you with a smile on their face.

great location. very quiet with nice views. restaurants can be walkable if you're up to it or you can bring your car. place was nice. love the loft and balcony area. overall lovely experience

My husband and I loved the place! From the decors, huge tv, and how space saving the room was. It was an easy check in and check out, many parking lots outside, and the place is near restaurants. Thank you for accomodating us.
