The hosts were absolutely fantastic about finding us alternate accommodation when a last minute problem arose with our booking. Whilst clean the replacement property was very expensive for a 1 night stay and was in need or repair and maintenance.

We had our stay cancelled on the day of check-in - reported broken boiler. The host did contact us directly to apologies and arrange another property, however, this caused significant inconvenience to the trip. We ended up booking a different property with another host as we did not feel comfortable re-booking with Travelnest.
