We look forward to welcoming you to our 95 m² apartment with a roof terrace of almost 20 m²! Welcome to the old train station in Kruft! Since June 1st, 2023 you have the opportunity to spend the night in our newly built holiday apartment (95 sqm) on the 1st floor of the house (plus approx. 20 sqm roof terrace) with a view of Kruft! You are welcome to convince yourself of the reviews of our existing apartments in the old train station. You can also find these using the search function. High ceilings like in the castle, full-surface underfloor heating under noble parquet floors. 95 square meters of living space (complete apartment) in our pet-friendly "Alten Bahnhof" from 56642 Kruft are at your free disposal. We are happy to welcome you in high, light-flooded rooms, which have been furnished with noble details and a lot of love. In each apartment you have free WiFi, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth/WLAN box from Teufel. Housebroken pets are welcome; if you take pets with you, a flat-rate pet fee of €25.00 will be charged. If you are planning a party/event, please let us know the reason. Please understand that some of the apartments in the house are usually rented to other guests and that we have night-time quiet rules from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. In this case, we take the liberty of charging a damage deposit of €150.00, which we will refund to you immediately after the apartment has been returned to us properly/at check-out. If you rent the entire house (all 5 apartments) for your project, relaxed regulations/requirements apply to quiet times, so that no consideration needs to be given to other tenants/guests. It is a six-family house, which we, the owners, also live in. We live on the ground floor of the house. If necessary, we will be present during your stay, unless you also book the ground floor apartment. Towels are available in sufficient numbers. The bed linen is changed by us before each visit. The following should be noted about the accommodation: A picture says more than 1,000 words... :-) Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, as well as directly adjacent to the sports field. Public (free) parking spaces are also located 30-50 m away from the train station.
