Welcome to Nishi staycation. just 3 minutes walk from La Piazza Uptown Park . INTERNET and FREE NETFLIX access, group travellers, couples, and family on vacation will definitely enjoy this place... 3 rooms FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED and also the living room/dining areas *Note: The default price displayed is for 7guests and 1 night only. It may change depending on the guest count and duration of the stay.* LANDMARK.. La Piazza Plaza uptown Park. CAUTION: Don't follow the Pin here in air bnb..Most of the time, they brought you to the wrong place..just follow the directions The space Automatic garage for small vehicle, and one parking In front of the house for Van or Truck...3 rooms is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED and 1 room Fan. Also Living/Dining is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED Our house consists of: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom ; living area; a complete dining set; kitchen; front balcony; and a personal garage. Only Master bathroom have hot and cold shower.. 3 bedrooms at the second floor... 2 rooms have 2 double bed, while the master bedroom have king and double bed. bedroom on the ground floor has 1 double bed. Also, a free access of kitchen amenities, refrigerator, microwave, cooking stove, and washing machine with minimum charge Party is not allowed due to Air B&B prohibition and also parking limitation. This place is convenient close to many High-end restaurant and the famous food parks at the back of Sm City...Also the new Sm North Wings where different restaurant cuisines location(just few minutes drives or walks along Masterson Avenue.. walking distant to 7 eleven or mercury...

We are a family of 10pax and there was more than enough beds and comfort rooms per room to accomodate us. The house is spacious and with complete utensils. Even has a washing machine and dryer. There are lots of establishments outside the village and near SM CDO Uptown. This is such a great deal for its price. Thank you!

It would have been okay if a staff was there to meet us as promised. The entry to the unit instructions were not clear so it took us sometime to figure out how to enter. Also, the 4th room was not at all airconditioned. And the aircon at the living room has not been cleaned at all, that’s why it’s warm in there.

A really nice place - spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and cooling systems adequate. It was easy to find and close to retail, food outlets and SM. Loved how each room had its own ensuite. There’s also parking (street) in front of the house or the garage, which was an added bonus for safety and security. Downstairs was also spacious with a PDR and bedroom (although my group slept upstairs). Our visit to CDO was an impromptu overnight trip, so Marianelfe’s place was convenient and sufficient to get well-earned rest for the night. It was still cheaper overall than booking separate rooms at an apartelle/hotel. Only feedback I have is that the front door was hard to open/close as it was jamming to the floor, and the WiFi didn’t reach up stairs. That said, the latter wasn’t so much an issue as there was good mobile signal in the area. In short, this place is highly and strongly recommended. Thank you.
