We had a great 6-week stay at Latha's place in March-April. Latha was always very responsive and her on-site crew friendly & helpful. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well furnished; a quiet retreat. The AC units, many ceiling fans, fast WiFi & smart TV, washing machine, & microwave were especially appreciated. Best of all were the daily hours out on the shaded terrace -- in the trees. Really nice! Metro/subway construction has disrupted the area - no noise, but buses are changed. Auto rickshaws & Uber worked well. A new big grocery is 200 meters away. 1.5 kilometers to the beach. A good deal for long stays. Highly recommended.

Was relocating to Chennai and needed a place to stay for a month. Was happy to find this place as it was close to my workplace and the area was peaceful. Latha was prompt with her responses. There were a couple of things we needed help with and Latha was extremely helpful in getting it resolved. Overall a perfect start to my new journey in Chennai. This place feels like a home away from home.

We had a very comfortable stay at Latha's place. The rooms are large and well furnished and the terrace at the back with the mango and coconut trees is the cherry on the cake. We loved spending time there. Thanks for a host of gadgets in the kitchen. The bathrooms are also clean.
