Place was amazing !! Rooftop acces is so cute it looks out to the mountains and its a blast. Pretty much exactly as advertised, and its located like right next to a cute mall that has almost everything !!! Place is gorgeous and the pics don’t do it justice as to how nice the inside soace actually is. Nicer than most hotel rooms IMO. Only thing that we will say was pool was not ~exactly~ heated and there were no propane tanks available to grill (idk if they were just out ir never had any). It seemed like office hours were 9-5pm so finding help passsd like 7pm seemed pretty unlikely unless you messaged your host (she was also very responsive). Overall VERY satisfied with this stay. Would stay again 100%
The master bed was very comfortable, the other bed was not. The couch was very uncomfortable. The cushions were compressed to 1/8 inch; idk how anyone could sleep on it. Dishwasher trap had to be cleaned as I nearly vomited from the smell when I opened it. Keurig was one cup of water at a time and had to de-scale. Mold in master shower. Furnishings are Big Lots type: cheap!! To get the fob you get down on your hands & knees to take from locker. Cabinet doors had water tracks-hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Countertops were dusty, as were floors. The TVs were nice. Fridge was clean. Good washer & dryer. Complex easy to get in/out of, close to everything. Terrace was nice, staircase a little unnerving, trip/fall hazards from concrete slabs at both ends of staircase-beware! Kitchen knives set is rusting, not sharp. It was an absolute JOY to cook/bake with gas range!! Didn’t utilize the pool/gym. Everyone but one person we ran into were AirBnB renters & didn’t live there.
Julia's place was a delightful stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated. Julia was a fantastic host, providing clear instructions and prompt communication. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I highly recommend Julia's place for anyone visiting the area!
Location, location, location…near amazing stores, restaurants, as well hiking trails and other outdoor places to visit ! Loved the openness of the condo and separated bedrooms was a very nice feature plus the roof balcony was amazing. This is our second stay with Jia-Li and her team and we have found them to be extremely communicative, proactive, and friendly. I highly recommend!
This property owner is one of the best in the North Scottsdale area. I always try to stay at one of their places if I can find one available. They also work with me to accommodate changes in my travel schedule which has been very helpful.
