The studio apartment is centrally located, only minutes walk to restaurants, the civic centre and shopping. Studio 12 boasts everything one needs for a sleepover, or it can easily be a base for a week or more if needed. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, an air fryer/toaster, kettle, french press coffee pot and a hot plate for preparing simple meals.

A very nice cozy stay away from home. I have a long commute to work and this was my 3rd stay to take a break from my commute time. The cleanliness and all the available amenities make it so easy to get comfy. And I know I can rely on Lori to respond to any concerns that I have. A great hostess. :)

It's conveniently located just off of King Street and is beside our Antique and gift shop, Union Station 14.
The Studio is a few minutes from the Calais, Maine USA border.
The Garcelon Civic Center is a two minute walk away and has an electric car charging station if needed.
5 kings Restaurant and Picaroons Brewhouse is a 2 minute walk away.
Carman's Diner is the quintessential 50's diner and is only a few minutes away also.
Atlantic superstore is a 2 minute car ride away.
You can easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores from this location.
