Stayed for a week and had a great time. Some things to note: ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, spiders on the beds, and large flying ants appeared on the walls when we turned off the A/C. Some of the linens had stains on them, and the washer/dryer is good for washing but dries very slowly. Would recommend air drying your clothes instead. The dishwasher is broken. They told us there’d be construction until 10pm but would regularly hear construction at 1-4am. The walls are thin- I could hear the neighbors from the bedroom late at night. WiFi doesn’t reach the master bedroom. The private pool was dirty so we chose not to use it. The hot water in the showers only lasts about a minute before becoming lukewarm. Regardless, the place is as was described, and honestly the things mentioned were only minor to us as we spent most of our days outside in Tulum. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the place is beautiful. The area is safe and convenient. I recommend staying here.

El departamento es hermoso y super cómodo con sus 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. la alberca privada es excelente para pasar el rato juntos con amigos, al igual que la alberca del complejo. Tuvimos un problema con el boiler del departamento que nos hizo hacer un check out temprano, sin embargo, la atención del anfitrión fue excelente en todo momento... sabemos que puede haber imprevistos, sin embargo la atención recibida fue impecable. realmente una lastima pues todo estubo excelente. Definitivamente volveremos...

Had an amazing stay the apartment was just as displayed. Very clean, tidy and modern. The location is slightly isolated but was able to use the tomato app to order food. The area is extremely quiet and the property had 24hours concierge to help order a taxi when needed. The gym was great !
