This guest suite is just minutes away from Westgate Entertainment District, Camelback Ranch Spring Training, State Farm Stadium and located in a newly built community. Very close to Luke Air Force Base and many of the local area hospitals. The guest suite is approximately 600 sq feet with a master bedroom w/ king bed (Purple mattress!), walk-in closet, washer/dryer, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The living room couch contains a full size pull out (memory foam) bed for guests to sleep on. The kitchenette has a breakfast nook, countertop and sink, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and microwave. The suite has its own private entrance door on the side of the house. The guest suite is attached to the main house but is a completely private and feels like your own apartment. For this reason—this space is not suitable for parties or loud guests.
