It was a delight to stay at Tom & Tara's place. Peaceful surroundings, clean, modern & cozy. Their family is super nice. The spacious apartment felt welcoming with thoughtful amenities, good coffee, and a very comfortable bed -- always a plus. Would be happy to recommend and to stay again.

We just needed a place to sleep, so we weren’t there at all during the day, but the unit was very clean, Tom was easy to communicate with, and it fit the bill.

As other reviews mention, a meticulously clean place. Great price point and amherst is a gorgeous new England town with perfect houses. Milford is so close and is a charming town with lots of great restaurants. Then Nashua and merrimack are close. The trattoria fondo was exceptional in Bedford. Go to Ansanm restaurant in milford!!! Lunch was amazing. The place is in a basement and has Shower, bathroom, tv, couch and extra comfy bed. We appreciated the provided noise makers because the adorable sound of children's pitter patter can be heard above, but we dont mind at all! And the noise machines can quiet that out when necessary. A mini fridge and nicely appointed coffee station. The owners were responsive and very pleasant. I do wish we could have signed into Netflix on our own account to watch our shows, but there was a limited account available. Door Dash delivers!!!

I needed a weekend away and they made it extremely easy and comfortable for me. Both Tom and his wife were helpful and courteous. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.
