We booked Villa 63 and it matched the photos in the listing. However I can't recommend booking here because the property managers were rude and inconsiderate of the issues we raised. On the first night we discovered over 10 huge cockroaches in the laundry room near the kitchen. My cousin saw 3 roaches crawl out of the drain while she was taking a shower. My family and I are all born and raised in Fiji so we're use to bugs but this was not normal and the staff kept trying to convince us it was. Roaches aren't even in the the rural villages that my relatives in Fiji live in so they certainly shouldn't exist in a villa that charges over $750 USD a night. We messaged the staff and their first response was asking us to find the bug spray and manage the issue ourselves. After some back and forth, Ana came by and as she was tell us we were "overreacting to critters" another roach crawled by her and she struggled to stomp out with her shoe. Save yourselves a headache and stay elsewhere.
Excellent stay, really enjoyed
We loved our stay! The views of the mountains from the pool are unreal! Communication was easy through what’s app. We were able to organise late check out & an in villa massage. Plenty of towels & super clean. It was a beautiful stay. We’ll be back.
