I haven’t ever left a negative review, but feel the need to do so here. JackSun said he’d send check in info on the morning of my arrival but didn’t do so until I messaged him in the afternoon. The door code he sent me was wrong, so I had to call for the right one. I was booked in the NYC room but he said in the message that I’d be in the Chicago room instead. When we go to the Chicago room around 8 pm, the bed was unmade with dirty clothes in it, the floor was dirty, and there was trash everywhere. There were unwashed dishes sitting on the counter in the sink, and the entire apartment smelled like fried food. They were quick to respond and send someone to clean the space, but then did not respond when I requested a refund, so I had to get Airbnb involved. The space itself is serviceable. Walls are a bit thin and it’s not decorated, but it does the job. I know this is slightly cheaper than a hotel, but if it’s feasible for you, I’d recommend just getting a hotel in town.

Family that lives there was loud on occasion, karaoke, loud talking. there's a cat, didn't bother me was very friendly, but gives love bites others may not like cats or maybe allergic. couple next to me woke me up having sex.I looked how choose it was to town as I come to Ithaca often to work. Not bad overall but would like a quieter place.

Had an excellent stay while we were in the area, could not have asked for more. Would definitely recommend.
