Tika and her husband are so lovely! The best hosts I’ve ever had during AirBnB. Even though we had a hard time finding the place (Street No.34 is super helpful if you stay here), Tika’s son came to pick us up and show us where to go. They made us feel right at home and gave us amazing recommendations, including a hike right in the backyard. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk from Lakeside and is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I felt like I got a small taste of living in Pokhara while staying here. Highly recommend! Would 100% stay here again.

Very good option for the price. The apartment itself is nice with a great balcony to chill at. The location is very good: central, yet quiet. The hosts are very friendly and proactive.

Great place to stay in Pokhara! About a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport (cost 800 NPR). 15 minutes walk to Lakeside with lots of food options along the way. Our room was on the top floor and had a balcony. The room itself was clean and had a small kitchen, table for two, comfortable bed and an attached bathroom. The hot water pressure was a bit low but that was not a problem for us. Tika was very communicative and accommodating during our stay. 100% recommended if you are looking for a fantastic, cost effective and clean place to stay.

We loved our stay at Tika and Madhav's place! After the first night we immediately knew we wanted to spend more time there, so we booked a fourth night! We had a personal meet and greet on arrival and shared tea on the rooftop balcony. The hosts Tika and Madhav made us feel very special and welcome! We were exhausted and not very motivated but Tika and Madhav gave us so many local recommendations and inspired us so much, that we ended up doing so much more than we were expecting in Pokhara! Their enthusiasm and passion for life is so palpable! On the final day they let us store our bags in their home and even prepared us dinner! And then the hosts walked us to the bus stop waiting 30 minutes in the cold for the bus to arrive! The most special hosts EVER! Thank you for our beautiful, peaceful and inspiring stay in your very SPECIAL home :) We hope to see you again soon! Emily & Muki
