This exclusive and contemporary sea front detached villa is directly overlooking the famous Bridlington South Beach on the Yorkshire coast with views of the chalk cliffs of Flamborough head. The historic harbour is to the left with enviable views of the beach to the right. The villa is also in front of the Belvedere golf course, having been built on the 14th Hole. The villa is one mile to the South of Bridlington town centre/ harbour, accessible via the award-winning belvedere promenade, the buses that run every 20 minutes with a stop 100 metres away or the land train which runs on the promenade below. It is a unique, elegant celebration property which sleeps 12 across 5 bedrooms and a single sofa bed in the carpeted lounge. The luxurious villa is brand new, built to a very high specification lots of extras and upgrades included too. The Villa is furnished with high quality solid oak furniture, attractive wall art picturing local scenes and stylish soft furnishings. To maximise the spectacular views, the living space has been arranged on the 1st floor to fully experience the vista from all the lounges. The villa benefits from a very large, covered balcony which is perfect for al-fresco dining and entertaining whilst watching the rhythm of the tides lapping the amazing sandy beach. In summary, the brand-new sumptuous villa comprises: A large open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar, dining at an oak table for 12, plentiful sofa seating to relax on adjacent to the large balcony accessed via bi fold doors with seating overlooking the beach. There are five luxurious and elegant double bedrooms, four bathrooms and one extra WC. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and two have the stunning sea views. In addition, there is a separate large bath and shower room plus separate WC. There is a separate carpeted and very cosy lounge on the first floor. On the first floor, the high-quality Golan blue kitchen with white quartz worktops includes two large electric ovens, microwave, Fridge/ freezer, large wine fridge, hob, extractor, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, sandwich toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and food preparation utensils, lots of cupboard and worktop space to prepare food for large groups. The bedroom furniture is all high quality solid oak and includes; king sized bed, 2 x bedside drawers, single bed (which can be configured as a day bed for relaxed seating), double wardrobe, and a dressing table / desk with drawers. The window has blue and white curtains. There are 2 x USB power sockets. Bedroom two is on the ground floor with an ensuite wet room and has sea views through the window which has integral blinds. The bedroom furniture is all high quality solid oak and includes: King sized bed, 2 x bedside drawers, double wardrobe, and a dressing table / desk with mirror and drawers. There are 2 x USB power sockets. Bedroom three is on the ground floor with sea views and integral blinds for privacy. This has 2 x zip and link beds which can be configured as either 2 x single beds or zipped together to create a super king sized bed (180 cm wide). The rest of the bedroom furniture is all stylish solid oak / painted grey furniture and includes: 2 x bedside drawers and a double wardrobe. There are 2 x USB power sockets. This room is next to the large family bathroom which has a bath and separate double shower. Bedroom four is on the ground floor facing the private garden. This has 2 x zip and link beds which can be configured as either 2 x single beds or zipped together to create a super king sized bed. (180 cm wide) The rest of the bedroom furniture is all solid oak / painted grey furniture and includes: 2 x bedside drawers and a large chest of drawers with adjustable mirrors and hanging space for clothes. It has velvet blackout curtains and there are 2 x USB power sockets. This room is next to the large family bathroom which has a bath and separate shower. All the ground floor bedrooms have high quality Karndean flooring (luxury vinyl tiles) Bedroom five is a spacious room on the first floor and faces the private garden at the back. It has a large ensuite shower room with window to the garden. This bedroom hash 2 x zip and link beds which can be configured as 2 x single beds or connected together to create a super king sized bed. There are three bedside drawers, and a double wardrobe. This bedroom is carpeted and has blackout curtains. The sofa bed is located in the separate lounge which has blackout curtains and is adjacent to a separate WC with sink. The private west facing garden at the back is walled on all sides and perfectly positioned to enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunsetting. It has grass and paved areas with rattan garden furniture with seating for 10. There is power for a hot tub which can be rented via Welcome Lets. The driveway has parking for at least 8 cars and also has electric car charging in place. Dogs welcome in living areas (not in bedrooms) Travel cot provided. Plastic children’s plates, bowls and cups provided. Hotel grade bedlinen and towels provided. Bring your own Beach towels.
Overall a lovely place with beautiful surroundings and views of the beach. All bedrooms were clean and spacious however the walls are thin and movement and sound from upstairs can be heard from downstairs bedrooms. A guide was left with recommendations of activities and restaurants to visit and we found this very helpful. Would highly recommend visiting.

Two trains run on the North Promenade between Leisure World and Sewerby Hall and Gardens linking Bridlington town centre with the summer car parks. One Land Train runs on the South Promenade linking Bridlington town centre to the park and ride and South Cliff Caravan Park.
When do the Land Trains run?
They run from Easter to the end of September between 10.30am until at least 4.00pm. During summer holidays they run until 5pm.
