Timothy’s place was great, it was perfect for our family of 6. We really appreciated finding a condo right next to the park and beach WITH a garage. They included welcome baskets which was helpful as we did forget a couple toiletries. Everything was well organized and easy to find. The only negative, which was kind of to be expected since pets are allowed, were some areas of the house had that pet smell. Again, we had a great time and really appreciated Timothy’s hospitality and attention to detail.

We really loved Tim's place! Close to everything and super cozy. One of my favorite new places to stay in Havasu.

We loved our stay. The place is very nice, super comfy and felt homey. Lots of special touches throughout made us feel welcome. Close pool access which was quiet during our stay. Being able to park our car in the garage was great - kept it out of the heat and sun. We’d happily stay here again. Thank you!
