The apartment was huge and nicely furnished. Lots of space for kids to run around and play. The windows are nice and bright but beware of eyes from the office right next door that gets a full view of the apartment. Good coffee at a couple of cafes nearby, very convenient to get to the tram stop and parking is easy too. Only negative feedback is the key collection venue is on the other side of the road so to drive there then back to the apartment, you would need to U-turn on a very busy road. We drove in from the city so were caught in bad traffic both ways.

Brilliant location. Stunning apartment but poorly maintained and managed. Checking in is done by walking 15mins away with all your luggage to get keys from a local shop. The building is beautiful and has great amenities but the pool and gym are not available if you are staying in the airbnb. Most facilities are at least a little broken. During our stay the freezer and coffee maker didn’t work. Also the kitchen had no running water. The apartment is fitted with smart and sensor lights. Some have non functional displays and sensor lights that face bedrooms that cannot be manually turned off. We sought assistance about the coffee maker and kitchen water but received messages that seemed to indicate the person had never been in the apartment. We decided to not use our holiday faultfinding and just washed up in the laundry sink. One of the headrests in the bath was missing, exposing a rusty metal bar. To fix the problem a hand towel had been tied around. Maintenance would make it stunning.

Location was perfect - the tram stop out the front was super convenient. Place is spacious and clean. Check in instructions are clear and easy to follow. The freezer is broken and smells - there is an esky but all of our frozen food still melted and had to be thrown away. We weren't notified of there being no freezer before check in. The beds are hard. Overall there is plenty of space for large groups, great location, quiet residential building. And I would recommend staying here.

Juliet’s place was massive and perfect for our large group. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, the place was great and we were happy with our stay however there were a few issues. The freezer did not work - assuming this is why there was a large eski in the kitchen. Picking up the keys was a bit difficult as we had 7 suitcases and you had to walk several blocks to collect keys from a store. The cleaners were also late in dropping off the keys so we had to wait past 2pm. Some of the beds are extremely hard. These were not major issues but still a little disappointing. Thanks for hosting us!
