thanks for a great weekend in the cottage

Rachel’s cottage met our family needs, enabling us to meet up from other areas of the UK. We all had plenty of space for each family, and could sit in the large rooms relaxing and catching up without having to squeeze up! It felt as though if we’d only arrived with clothes, the thoughtful extras provided would’ve seen us through the weekend. There were games and books available. Also, little touches such as the spare toiletries, milk and condiments meant we probably didn’t need to pack as much as we did! Rachel responds to any queries quickly, and allowed us a slightly later check out on the day of our departure. The weather was not the best during our stay so we didn’t get the opportunity to use the garden to its full advantage, but again, it was nicely laid out and would have been an ideal social environment if we’d had the sunshine. Plenty of parking and we were able to travel easily to some of the local sightseeing such as a walk at Angel Bay where we watched the seals.

We had a two night stay with friends from Ireland and had such a good time at the farmhouse. It was a perfect place for all to relax, chat and catch up. The wood burner was great too. Beds comfy, everywhere clean and well equipped. Rachel was quick to reply to queries. Would totally recommend for a clean, comfy, relaxed dog friendly break

Rachel's meticulous attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived. The cozy accommodations were immaculately prepared, with every comfort considered. From the well-appointed kitchen to the snug living space, it was clear that Rachel had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. The tranquility of the surroundings was a highlight of the trip. Waking up to the sound of birdsong and the gentle rustle of leaves was a welcome change from the urban cacophony. The remote location allowed for peaceful walks in nature, offering a chance to recharge and reconnect with the beauty of the Welsh countryside.

Beautiful place, exactly as described. Very well equipped with everything you might need. Rachel was very friendly and responsive to messages. Definitely would stay again.
