Lovely property which is fully equipped with everything you need. It was really cosy and warm inside and the hot tub was amazing as the surroundings are beautiful and its completely silent. It was very relaxing. It was easy to find and the self-check in was great. Beds were comfy, powerful shower and kitchen had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Atif's property is wonderful. The star of the show is absolutely the surroundings, and the tranquility of the beautiful Scottish lowlands between which the property finds itself nestled. The illuminated driveway gives a feeling of a real VIP arrival, and the property itself is well built, modern, and tastefully decorated. A reasonably-sized fridge and freezer, as well as washing machine & dishwasher mean this place should be suitable for a week-long stay (or more) if required. The dining table is large enough to be a comfortable fit for 4 adults. The Internet speeds to the property were great, and more than enough to sustain the video streaming on the smart TV which was the lounge - several hours viewed without any buffering. The bedrooms were spacious with hanging space & hairdryers. There were plenty of towels provided on the property too. A final point of commendation is that the plugs were right by the head of the bed, so charging phones by the bedside was possible.

We had a relaxing stay, the bothy was absolutely stunning, all brand new, stylish furniture …the most comfortable bed! The hot tub was a little treat which stayed hot (normally I find they get cold after an hour) this one did not disappoint. The grounds are so peaceful, Atif was a great host. We will definitely be back.
