Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 330 m2, family friendly. 2,5 km to Alona Beach. 1 km to famous restaurants and cafés. Newly renovated. High ceiling. 250 m from the Main Road. 80 meters from the sea with a small mangrove beach., not for swimming. Sea view from the roof top. The access Road is a dirt Road through rain forrest and it Can be Challenging in w’et conditions, but accessible with tricycle, car and motorbike. Ground floor: Living room, 2 bed rooms with double bunk beds. 1 bathroom. Pool and patio. 2300 m2 garden.

The place was awesome. The pool is clean, my kids and us enjoyed the pool a lot. The caretaker Renato was there when we needed him. He kept the pool clean every day. On our check out, we had a flat tire and he helped me change the tire. Renato is added bonus to the property.
The house is huge and beautiful. It is worth the price we paid. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. If you are renting a van or wider vehicle, it will be a little tricky to turn into the corner from the highway to the road going to the house because of the narrow path, you will have to estimate. But once your car have turned completely, you're good to go. The place is not walkable from the highway if you are not familiar with the place because you have to pass by a jungle like area. Renato gave clear instructions where we can stop and meet so he can guide us on our way in. The house is like finding an oasis in the middle of the forest. Even if it's like in the middle of the jungle, we felt totally safe. We had fun staying in this beautiful house, my kid had fun in the bath tub and the rest enjoyed the private pool. Renato was kind enough to let us borrow a speaker and mic for karaoke.
The house is extremely large. It isn’t super well insulated so there are bugs but that is ok since it’s to be expected on such a large property. The pool was great and Renato was extremely helpful! I recommend the stay if you are used to remote jungle living and have a large party. A super great price to host a large group/family that isn’t fussy!
Peters place was clean and huge. It was enough space for all of us and it was complete. Peter was also very responsive and his caretaker Renato was super helpful and was always there to bring us around or give us tips. The road getting to their place is quite rocky although it only takes 10 min to walk to the main road, it could get a slight renovation so its easier to access the house. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Nice restaurants in the area. We recommend Mosa, Molly, the mist, yoos panga and Bar woo.
You Can park on the Property. Rent scooters or hike to the Main Road and get a tricycle. Vans Can also be rented. You Can ask our neighbor for assistance.

Hi, we are Peter and Eden. Peter is a 43 year old chemical engineer. Eden is 34 and from the Phillippines.
