Wonderful apartment perfectly located in the old city. We had some issues with water intrusion to the heavy rain, but the agency and host managed to limit the damage and were very accommodating. I would definitely come back again.
Beautiful apartment in an unrivalled location, opposite the old tobacco factory on one side and the Alcazar on the other. Everything is as the photos show with beautiful terraces, high ceilings and French windows. It’s not cheap but in my opinion worth it.
Location, location, location! This beautiful apartment is located in a very easily walkable distance to all that Seville has to offer. From restaurants, shopping and all of the major tourist locations, we were able to walk to all. Beyond location, the apartment is a hidden gem. The outdoor spaces are simply outstanding, with the hot tub a pleasant retreat at the end of a busy day. With both bedrooms facing the gardens of the Real Alcazar, everyone will enjoy a beautiful, private view and a quiet space to rest. The size of the living room/kitchen is ample to accommodate multiple activities and the washer & dryer and AC are both welcomed for a longer stay and warm days. Our next visit to Seville, hopefully sooner than later, will definitely include this apartment. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home in Seville!
We enjoyed a 10 day stay at this beautiful apartment and wish we could have stayed longer! The location is fabulous, easy to walk to all the main sights and attractions of Seville. The weather was pleasant during our stay and we enjoyed being able to use the roof terrace with great views of the university (old tobacco factory). Below the apartment are several bars and restaurants, there is some noise from them but nothing unpleasant, we enjoyed the chatter and thought it added atmosphere. We ate a couple of time at the Arabesca, great food! The bedrooms are at the back of the property and are quiet with comfy beds and good quality bed linens. Both en-suits are are nice with with excellent showers. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed to cook meals at the apartment, we bought food at the supermarket a short drive away but there was a small Spar a couple of doors away which was well stocked with all the basic. Communication with host was excellent - 10/10 all round

Our small agency was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.
