This warm cosy room is located in The Allerdale centrally situated in Croft road, Torquay, The room is positioned on the first floor of the building. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable offering, en-suite facilities, single bed, fast WiFi, 32"smart tv and tea making facilities. Centrally situated just a short walk from the beach, harbour and town centre. The room also benefits from its own designated off road parking space with CCTV coverage for extra security

Lovely and quiet place, near the beach. Louise is a welcoming host and all the instructions given were very clear. Highly recommend it!
Louise gave accurate directions to arrive at the location as I was driving there. I was provided with a dedicated parking space aligned with my room. Check-in details were simple and straight forward. On going to my room I was impressed with the sizeable investment made by Louise and Martyn. The entrance and staircase are all fitted with new carpets and the areas are all recently and well decorated. For some reason I was under the impression I was to share a bathroom so I was very pleased to see I had an ensuite shower room. The room has recently been decorated and recarpeted all to a good standard. There is a really natty little refrigerator in the room and the towels are very good quality unlike some establishments that provide wafer thin towels. The establishment is very well situated and Martyn provided me with plenty of local information to get me started i.e. pubs, restaurants, etc. The sea front is just a 8-10 minute walk away.

I am pleased to have lived at the Allerdale since June 1990, enjoying 27 years working in hospitality. I changed direction to care for my elderly parents, who have recently moved back into the Allerdale with me. We have refurbished the Allerdale into three different apartments and several room options, allowing a variety of accommodation to choose from via Airbnb.
