Covered patio w/ large table, Weber Grill, beautiful flower garden & organic vegies. Off-street parking. DOGS STAY FREE. The space is a modern light filled one bedroom in a ranch house from 1940. Beautiful hard wood floors. Very centrally located 200 yards from light rail and close to Sloans Lake and all the attractions, like Edgewater Market, Little Man Ice Cream and down town. Ample off-street parking (2 spaces per unit). Large, screened windows allowing for lots of cross ventilation. No stairs. The house sits on a very large lot with trees and a beautiful flower and vegetable garden (in season). Enjoy morning coffee in the garden or cook a great meal on the Weber gas grill. Covered Patio with large table is ideal for meals al fresco or working outside. The living room is very large with modern granite table ideal for working or eating dinner with friends. Original art on the walls, and many personal touches throughout. Large TV and comfortable sofa to lounge on. Full kitchen has spices, teas, coffee, oil, vinegar, Britta filter, quality pots and pans, and sharp knives. Dish washer, oven, electric stove and full size fridge. Toaster, coffee maker and French Press. This is a duplex with airbnb renters in the back. There are no common spaces except the yard. As holds true in hotel rooms, you may here there other occupants of the house. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am and we have not had complaints. We do ask for respectful co- existence. The house temperature is permanently set at 70F. In summer the heat is turned off and only the AC works. The thermostat is controlled by the host. For longer stays "light" cleanings / sheet changes are included every 2-3 weeks. For longer stays we provide "starter kits" (TP, cleaning supplies and such). ABSOLUTELY NO CATS. SOME STERN WORDS ABOUT DOGS. (we had some very disrespectful guests that resulted in injury to others). Our maximum number of dogs is 2. Maximum weight of dogs is 45 pounds. NO PIT BULLS OR ROTTWEILERS. NO PUPPES OR INCONTINENT DOGS. Airbnb does not tolerate complaints by neighbors nor any safety issues in regards to dogs. Aggressive dogs, barking, dogs off-leash are all not tolerated by Airbnb and their insurance. Airbnb has evicted non- compliant guests. No excessive barking will be tolerated. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside. Dog poop must be removed. Dogs are not allowed to urinated on the lawn (but plenty of space next to the nice lawn). Use Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for damages caused by their pets including damage to furniture, wood floors, doors, door frames etc. Our cleaner charges additional fees for excessive dirt caused by animals. Those fees will be charged to you don't clean up after your dog before check out (hair, poop, etc). There is a vacuum cleaner in the closet. If your dogs jump on furniture you must cover the furniture with blankets. Violations of our house rules will lead to termination of your stay with us. It is an insurance risk that is not tolerated by Airbnb. ISSUES WHILE YOU ARE STAYING Please let us know if anything needs to be addressed while you are staying so we may fix any arising issues. Our cleaners are professional cleaners that video tape the apartment after making it ready for our guests so we don't miss anything. WE DO ACCEPT CATS, NO EXCEPTIONS. The HVAC is shared, and is controlled by the host, it is set at 70 F in the winter. Spring and autumn, we can only turn on AC or heat and during those transition months be prepared for a few days were nights are cold and days really warm.
