House has lots of amenities, outside seating, fishing poles for guest use, floating dock and much more! This house is located on the North East Cape Fear River. It has gorgeous river views right off the porch on the front of the home. There is also an additional patio near the river where guests can relax. This house also has a floating dock that is free to use for guests. The closest boat ramp is about 4 miles from the home. We are always happy to help with finding the boat ramp and the way back to the house on the river.
